Hey! I'm a music producer, singer and certified audio engineer (BA), based in Berlin. Specializing in hip-hop, r&b and pop music, my goal is to bring songs to the next level, following and satisfying the client's requests! I also love to mix and master electronic tunes of any kind. (house, electro, techno, uk garage, drum and bass, ...)
Being an artist myself, I know what it's like to be in front of a microphone. I have been to many recording sessions both on the engineer's and the musician's side and I was therefore able to develop a complete understanding of artist's needs, ideas and stylistic requests.
I also like to work with upcoming artists with little experience and I am ready to help them as much as possible to make their project successful.

MY STORY
I started my career as a music producer and rapper singer in Locarno, a small town in the Swiss alps. My passion for the engineering side of music brought me to Berlin, where I studied at Catalyst Institute university, obtaining a Bachelor degree (BA) in Sound Engineering and Music Production.
While developing my skills as an audio engineer, I kept pushing my career as a beatmaker and rapper under the name "Disse".
I'd love to hear about your project. Click the 'Contact' button above to get in touch.

Endorse Enea Di SalvoInterview with Enea Di Salvo
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: I love both worlds! I never felt like I was part of this battle. I think both worlds have advantages and disadvantages and I personally get along well with both combined in a hybrid mixing style.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: What stimulates me the most is the possibility of living a new experience every day, meeting new artists and working on new music. I love being an active contributor to an artistic project, and seeing the smile on a client's face when they are satisfied and excited about my work is just rewarding.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: I think people often forget how important an engineer is on a creative and emotional level. It is not only about making the song sound "better," but also about having the honor of being part of the song's making process. If the overall mix isn't engaging and doesn't convey emotion, perfect sounding snares and kicks are not going to be enough.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Using the right sounds is the key to a good production! Picking the right samples and recording the vocals/instruments properly is the key to start a high quality production. That's something at the core of the process, before any kind of trick, before mixing and mastering!
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I am usually more focussed on trap / hip-hop, as I love it and I have several years of experience. I also like to work on r&b, urban, pop, indie pop music because I really enjoy working on vocals in a creative and professional way, so that each song is unique and engaging. I also love mixing electronic music of any kind. In my spare time I produce drum and bass, which often translate to fat bass! ;) Also, living in Berlin, I was able to spend a lot of time in the studio with electronic music producers from whom I could absorb a lot of interesting mixing techniques.
