I am a producer and recording/mixing engineer from Portland, OR. My credits include Slender Gems, Utstøtt, UGHH, Lesser Demons, Marceline, Matt Pike, Nova Charisma, and Hail the Sun. I am currently a house engineer at the Hallowed Halls, and have worked under engineers like Billy Anderson, Justin Phelps, and Kris Crummett.
I started making records in 2012 at 16 years old, beginning with the band I was in. After releasing a demo I recorded and mixed, other artists at school began to reach out to me about producing their music. Things snowballed from there. Over several years I cultivated a passion for working with artists to create great sounding, emotionally exciting music.
Since then I have received a degree in Music Technology from the University of Oregon, completed internships at Interlace Audio and the Hallowed Halls, and worked as a producer and audio engineer on dozens of releases for local and national artists. I now work as a house engineer at the Hallowed Halls, in addition to doing freelance audio work at my personal studio. I have always taken an interest in a wide variety of music, and have experience in producing an array of genres and styles, including indie, punk, metal, electronic, pop, alternative, and jazz.
Ultimately my goal is to work with artists to bring their vision to life, and capture their sound and personality in exciting sounding music. Whether you need a song mixed or mastered, or need someone to spearhead your production from the ground up - I can provide professional quality results and a positive experience for you.

Endorse Connor ReisingConnor came out to our home studio to help place microphones on our drum kit, create fantastic mixes for our in-ear monitoring system, help capture Kemper profiles, as well as provide feedback and help shape new amp tones for our stringed instruments. Connor works fast, efficiently, and with the acute attention to detail. Cannot recommend working with him enough.
My band recorded a full length with Connor over 2021. I got more accomplished with Connor over a few weeks at a time than I have in months with other people. He was very professional and always had a good attitude, anywhere my vision for any of the tracks fell short he had so many ideas to pitch in that made everything complete while still within our sound. I’m an overly analytical perfectionist, we went through so enough takes and did enough editing to drive most people crazy, but Connor handled it all cool headedly and the quality of the record really shows his professionalism.
I've worked with Connor for a decade now, with his talent prominently displayed across four albums. Connor has an impressive work ethic, with sessions lasting long hours over multiple days. He takes meticulous effort to ensure that the sound desired is produced, and strives in conceptual discussion and technical execution. Connor ensures that your vision is realized while providing indispensable insight that results in better outcomes every time. He's quick to humor and kind conversation, and is more than flexible when recording is concerned. You won't work with a better producer/engineer.
Over the past five years, I have worked with Connor on multiple different projects spanning genres from Punk Rock to Goth Pop. I have never ceased to be amazed at his ability to take a rough song idea and turn it into a polished, complete final product. He also always seems to manage this transformation without ever straying from the core idea and feeling of the initial song- a skill that I feel is quite hard to find. In the studio, he has always been friendly, funny, constructive and professional- really just a great guy to work with!
I've been working with Connor for nearly a decade. What always brings me back is his undeniable natural talent for understanding exactly what you want out of the project. In fact, he usually seems to know what the project should sound like before I do. All of his influences, whether it be aggressive metal, experimental soundscapes or straight up pop, contribute to his instinctive sense of serving a song. To put it simply, he is extremely intelligent, easy-going and constructive. I hope to be working with Connor for another decade and beyond!
I’ve worked with Connor many times and it’s always been a great experience. He brings a wealth of knowledge to the table and has an approachable demeanor that makes him easy and fun to work with. He has a good sense of when to chime in with helpful feedback and when to hang back and do his thing. He knows how to find great sounds and propel a session forward in a collaborative manner that always serves the finished product. His ear for engineering/mixing/mastering is top notch and the end result always sounds amazing. Highly recommended!
Working with Connor is seamless and fun! With his calm demeanor and good ear, it’s easy to trust his advice and direction. His constructive feedback is always accompanied with a supportive attitude, which is very comforting when trying new things. Connor works with you as a team, so you can be confident the outcome will show off your best self!
