Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Babyface. I would loveeee to have been a fly on the wall in the Waiting to Exhale writing/recording sessions!
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Let the song bloom. Bring the listener in, tell a story even before the verse begins. THAT's the key to a hit in any genre!
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: R&B/Soul, Gospel/Christian, House/EDM and Country
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: I'm a lover of music of all genres, so my approach to each song is different. I understand that the cadence of a country song differs from that of an R&B song but the emotion, the root of love in the lyrics-- is the same. I understand how to apply my voice in different ways in order to bring out the best in the song.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: A soulful voice with a unique knowledge of music and wisdom to know when it's "too much", or just enough.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I record in a commercial recording studio with an audio engineer.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
