20 plus years in the music industry. Recording, mixing and mastering professionally, for the last 13 years. I’ve been in 3 signed, nationally touring bands. I enjoy music immensely and put my all Into every project.

John Hehman (hey-men) here! I started playing guitar in 1989 and had my first trip into a big studio in 1995. I was absolutely enamored with the experience and that engineer ended up becoming a mentor of sorts. Poor guy probably hated me because I asked him what everything he was doing was as he was doing it.

In my studio I offer recording, mixing and mastering. From death metal, to hip hop, to country. I primarily work with Rock and modern metal and a lot more hiphop than I initially anticipated but it turns out I’m pretty good at it!

I can also offer guitar and bass reamping with a pretty wide choice of amps, cabinets and pedals.

I’ve been told I’m someone who will actually care about your project and not view your art as something to slap a bunch of presets on and get it out the door. I take that as quite the compliment. Music is life and has been since I was a child.

I put my all into everything that’s in front of me.
