Hi I’m Last Sun and I have been working in the field producing, writing and editing music for 5 years now.

I have worked alongside and gained support from some of the most prominent independent record labels including Electro Posé, Get The Sound, Lilly Era and more.

I also have had my own success as an artist having a number of my releases hit local Top 100 Deep House charts as well as, receiving thousands of streams worldwide across all streaming platforms and support from big Spotify playlists such as ‘Deep House 2022’.

Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I currently have 3 tunes in the pipeline for this year, Losing Sleep dropping February 7th, Another life ft. Imallryt and In my Head.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I've been producing for about 7 years and working in the music industry for 2 years.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Always reference your song with other tracks when you master, it can help you reach that desired sound!
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I mainly produce chill/deep house.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: My strongest skill is definitely the creative process, making music for me is all about having fun and I believe the first part of the process when creating a song is the most important. That initial part is when I am the most inspired, the most creative and the most efficient!
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: The studio is where I spend most of my day! It has everything that's required to make professional sounding tracks. It is set-up in an acoustically treated room to ensure I can achieve the most accurate and precise sound for my clients. Running through an extremely fast and reliable Audient interface I have an array of plugins and software that will help me take a client's track to the next level.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I help my clients take their song to the next level, helping them with production/ghost production (sound design, melodies, chords) as well as making sure the track is ready to be released, providing them with a clear and transparent final mix/ master. I either ghost-produce a full track or give an already existing idea a professional touch creatively as well as polishing the mixing.
