MY WORK/PASSION:
At the age of 15 I installed my first Plugins into the DAW. Year after year I wanted to learn everything about music and the magic behind it.
Now at the age of 25 - I list several releases of Original Songs, Remixes, Mashups & Beats as FoxTune.

MASTERING:
The attraction for Mastering came over the years - I trained my hearing, visited Workshops/Masterclasses around Europe, compared to other big releases, became one with my speakers and mastered lots of songs with all type of genres for producers.
And yep.. I learned how to DJ. As you see on my picture below, I love playing on stage to get the best out of the mastered tracks.

Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Fair and honest atmosphere.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I really like all the spectrum of Electronic music producers. On my way I've met Oliver Heldens, Don Diablo, KSHMR, Mike Candys and my favorite DJ Mashup-Germany. I also love listening and the clean produtions of some new artists like VIZE, Lucky Luke, Droeloe.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: At the age of 15 I installed my first Plugins into the DAW. Year after year I wanted to learn everything about music and the magic behind it. Now I am 25yrs old. Always developing.
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: FoxTune is my project on Spotify and Co. Produced Remixes, Original Tracks, Collabs etc.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: Several songs. Remixes for Youtube. Mastering jobs for producer friends in the meantime.
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: Klaas Gerling - very talented guy from my country! Music is a 10/10.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Digital - I am the guy for plugins, software and all this spectrum.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I am satisfied when you are too.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: Creativity - There are no rules.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: Only a few will make it. No - If you really want something you will get it!
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: 1. Computer 2. Speaker 3. Keyboard 4. Headphones 5. Toaster
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Electronic - House - Bass - Hiphop - Trap - Pop
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Anne Marie - very talented singer with lovely voice. This could be a huge production.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Do it! You will learn it while doing!
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: Listening to the tracks attentive. Become one with the sound and make 100% out of it.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Electronic music is the main thing. I love bassy vibes, punching House songs or even harder styles. I also mastered a lot of pop songs, hip hop tracks and indie/guitar sounds.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: No sound, no song and no remix leaves my room without me being satisfied.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: The Magic! Every song has it's own magic. While Mastering I give the magical touch.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: All started with a small home computer and some Logitech Speakers. During my apprenticeship I've learned a lot of manual skills.. bought parts for a new computer and build it. As time goes by more and more stuff came.. Midi Keyboard / Hardware / Plugins. Studio monitor-speakers and interface were installed. Absorbing acoustic foams and colorful LEDs like in every studio.. :) My perfect workspace!
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Mastering Putting the final touches on it by elevating certain sonic characteristics. Polished, clean sound that is optimized for consistent playback across different formats and systems.
