Hello fellow musicians!

I'm a quietly spoken, versatile guitarist of some 40 years. I enjoy most musical genres, but Metallica’s album “S&M” (Symphony and Metallica) is the epitome of my favourite musical style. The fusion of distorted guitars going full tilt, overlaid with strings, brass and woodwind is an unbeatable combination.

Even though Metallica is one of my favourite bands of all time I wouldn't classify myself as a typical "metal-head". I'm passionate about any music which generates a strong emotional response. I love any music which combines full and powerful rhythm guitars with a soaring lead over the top. It's not all about speed - finding the right notes to add that additional "voice" to the song is far more important than pure speed in my opinion.

To give you an idea of the sort of music I'm into, I'm in a covers band and we play songs from bands like: System of a Down, The Smashing Pumpkins, Pearl Jam, Guns N' Roses, Soundgarden, Queens of the Stone Age, Silverchair, etc. Yes, I'm a proud gen X er!

My offering is simple: I'm looking to collaborate with like-minded musicians who enjoy the process of creating music. If you're looking for someone to lay down some mellow and clean rhythm guitars or some massive distorted power chords, come up with a catchy guitar riff, or an emotion-filled lead guitar solo, I'd love the opportunity to work with you!

Jamie has been amazing to work with. He worked with me to tailor a piece that really defines the character, drive and overall epicness of the story.
