Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: Having recently been signed to a rapidly-growing DnB label.- I'm working on putting out my own tracks and growing as an artist while providing exceptional work for my clients.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: That I will provide a fully mixed & mastered track. I'm not a mastering engineer and I'm here to professionally mix your track. What I will provide is a pre-master which will peak at around -6 to -3dB. This leaves enough headroom for a professional mastering engineer to provide the finishing touches and beef it up to industry-standard loudness. I can do some basic mastering, and am happy to provide this if you wish - however a professional mastering engineer is always your best bet!

A: Everything. It's a dream. I love bringing people's music to life.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: If you can provide me with a rough mix of your track and/or a reference track, that will make things a lot easier. When bouncing stems, you may keep creative effects (reverbs, delays, distortions etc), however please don't provide heavily mixed stems as this will reduce how much I'm able to do. If you'd like to provide all stems completely raw, that's fine too.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Drum & Bass mainly - also do Dubstep, UKG or any other bass-heavy genre.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Mixing loud, bass heavy genres while retaining pristine clarity.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: It's a simple set up - I use an M4 Max MacBook Pro with Beyerdynamic DT 900 Pro X's and a UA Apollo X interface. I do my mixes in Ableton with a range of high-end, industry-standard plugins.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Full mix-downs from scratch and usually a simple master.
