Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I am so proud of a song that I co-wrote with an artist named Gigi Rich, and it should be coming out on her EP very soon!
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I am currently working on writing for a few pop/rock and indie-pop artists' upcoming EPs.

A: I love digital, but I'd love to experiment more with analog!

A: The biggest misconception about songwriters is that they make a TON of money. Most songwriters I know are struggling to get by, so paying them a proper amount for all the hard work they do is vital to keep the music industry alive!

Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: I would tell a customer to be clear about what they want! If they're excited about a project, I will get just as excited about it as they are!

Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I've been in music for as long as I can remember. I started taking vocal lessons over fifteen years ago, started performing fifteen years ago, and started writing my own songs ten years ago. I moved to Nashville in August of 2018 to pursue my songwriting career, started performing in Nashville writer's rounds, and have been able to work with a myriad of talented producers and artists. I currently live in both Nashville and Los Angeles and will be in Los Angeles full-time next year.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: My style is pop with some rock, singer/songwriter indie influences.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: My dream artists to work with are Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber, Lennon Stella, Jon Bellion, and Olivia Rodrigo, but I would love to work with any artists that are passionate about what they do and have a cool vision!!!
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: One music production tip I have is to go with your gut! You have incredibly creative ideas in your brain, just from listening and enjoying music, that are just waiting to be unleashed if you're brave enough!
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I usually work on pop music, but I also love working on singer/songwriter, alt/indie, soft pop, country folk, and musical theatre music.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: My strongest skill is lyric writing! I pride myself on how I can craft catchy and creative phrases, and I make sure that it is paired with a very strong melody!
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I bring a lot of professional experience with singing and writing and bring a unique perspective to a song! I have written with a lot of artists based in both Los Angeles, CA, and Nashville, TN, and I studied songwriting at Belmont University!
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: My typical work process is listening to the client's needs and wants, and then, letting my creative side take over until a great song is born!
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I have an at-home studio setup, complete with a SHURE SM7B microphone, a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2, an AKAI Professional MPK Mini MK3, and more. This setup is the perfect environment to produce amazing songs and vocals, whatever my clients need!
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I have a plethora of musical inspirations, but the top people that come to mind right now are Jon Bellion, Lennon Stella, and Emily Weisband. I find inspiration in my clients as well and love hearing their vision!
