Hi! I'm David, a Session Guitarist and Producer with 20+ years of experience, my credits include artists such as Nathan Grisdale, Jenny Colquitt, Rubber Knuckle and Len Garry (The Quarrymen). I am a professional Session Guitarist and Music Producer performing and recording music since 1997. For the last 8 years, I have dedicated myself full-time to music production, helping artists and bands bring their musical visions to life. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, from up-and-coming talent to established professionals. My expertise spans various genres, from rock and pop to jazz and electronic music, allowing me to adapt to any style and elevate your project to its highest potential.

  6. A: My ability to communicate with a client in a fun way that makes the production process seamless and enjoyable

  8. A: Passion, plenty of experience and a drive to find the magic in all music!

  9. Q: What's your typical work process?

  10. A: To get into the meat of a song as quickly as possible in order to help a client realise their song's potential. By quickly bouncing ideas across we establish the framework and vibe of the track and then I can purse a more traditional record/edit/mix and master process. Often I will start a session by us just listening and chatting about the vibe/sound and feel they like and would like the song to have

  11. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  12. A: I have a two room fully treated home studio, based around a centrepiece SSL desk. SSL, Neve and Focusrite preamps with SSL and Warm Audio EQs and compressors. Various popular microphones and instruments such as a Roland stage piano, NI synth and Fender Electric & Acoustic guitars
