The Power Company (PCHI Audio) on SoundBetter

Accomplished rock producer/mixer with 25 years of mixing experience.

I am a rock mixer with over 25 years of experience of mixing alternative rock, space rock, prog rock, djenty music, and the like. I started mixing when I was 14, using a Tascam 4-Track tape machine. I worked in several studios across the US, including Orbit Audio in Seattle. I recorded A Violent Purple's seminal album A Series of Images there. I have learned many tricks to masterful mixing along the way from some really great mixers.

I get big sounds.

I run the indy label, They Pretend Records, and am constantly on the lookout for reliable and talented professionals to collaborate with. When it came to finding a source for mixing and mastering services for our sync tracks, I stumbled upon The Power Company (PCHI Audio), and let me tell you, they exceeded all expectations. Richard, the master engineer, showcased a level of professionalism that instantly put me at ease. His expertise in the field and genuine passion for music was evident in our initial conversation. This guy is all about achieving ultimate sonic clarity. Do Rec!
