  1. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

  2. A: I did a song for Venom movie from Marvel that ended up becoming a Pusha T song. It's called No Problem.

  3. Q: What are you working on at the moment?

  4. A: Executive Production on an album for a Sony Artist in Portugal. Producing a couple of singles major artists in Portugal.

  6. A: Both.

  7. Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

  8. A: I always do stuff I actually want to listen to.

  9. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  10. A: Making dope stuff.

  11. Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

  12. A: Regarding royalties and publishing. I take a royalty percentage of the master - the lower the payment fee, the bigger my percentage is I take a publishing fee as a writer. The percentage always depends on what I do - Did I start the beat? Did I receive stems and just tweaked a few things?

  14. A: Do you have a reference? Do you have previous songs? What's your vision on this?

  15. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  16. A: Try to know what you actually want.

  17. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  18. A: I've been a music producer for over 10 years. Was signed to Sony Music Publishing until last year and I'm working now as an independent. For 6 years I worked in Redmojo on the initial team as a music producer where we work with the biggest household names in Portugal, Spain and India, alongside over 20 music advertising campaigns.

  20. A: Kanye West for too much reasons to name.

  21. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  22. A: For every song you work you must start with full child creativity and playfully enjoy it. If you don't start like that try to go away from that song.

  24. A: From Hip Hop to Pop.

  26. A: Understanding and reaching desired sound.

  28. A: Putting my taste on what I do plus consistency on hard work has been working for several years to bring extra vision and value to the songs.

  30. A: I like to start with a reference or something to work as trigger, could be a voice or just a song reference with ideas in the mix.
