I'll make sure your track meets professional-level sounding standards to get you signed.
Nowadays, the huge offer raises the bar in terms of quality for the music industry. So, to get your tracks signed, not only should you have a unique creative idea but it also must meet certain quality standards. Most artists get ignored by labels because of their lack of knowledge and experience in mixing, even if their track is creatively good.
When hiring me, I'll let you guide me through the idea of your target sound. Once we have found our objective, I'll work on your track to make it sound like your preferred reference. My recommendation is for you to pick 1 or 2 tracks from the label you want to send your tracks to.
If you want to make a better impression or even save some 'royalty money' on release expenses, I also recommend getting my mastering services. This way you could prevent being charged by labels for this same service, which could sometimes not be worth it. In this situation, I'll work with the same reference you provided for the mixing stage.
Since my career started, I had the pleasure of working on many artists' projects, including remixes, full productions, and television-targeted music. Meanwhile, I've worked on my personal project too (MATIRAMIC) as an electronic music producer.

Endorse Matias CaamañoInterview with Matias Caamaño
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: Getting to hear plenty of amazing new music!
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: I do not make any 'creative' decisions when mixing your tracks. My only objective is to make it sound like your reference.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: What tracks inspired your creation? Have you got any reference tracks? Wich label are you aiming to get signed to? What artist/tracks sound do you like?
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Make sure you are 100% happy with how your track is. Once the mixing process starts, adding or editing elements makes everything more tedious and delayed
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I've been producing since 2012, but I started mixing and mastering professionally in 2019.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Make sure to pay extra atention to which samples are better for your genre of choice. Making the right choices from the beginning makes everything else easier down the path.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Electronic music. From progressive house, organic house, deep house to EDM, trance, techno, etc. But I've also worked on reggae, funk, hip-hop, trap, and reggaeton projects.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: My strongest skill is that I know how to find space and purpose in a mix, pushing the artists' strongest characteristics to their max capabilities.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Usually, my clients have an idea of where do they want to get with their sound but don't know how to get there. That's where I come in. I make sure to make an exchange so we get on the same page, and then by mixing and mastering their tracks, I give their tracks professional-level sounding.
