Interview with Kamran
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Both Analog and Digital have their own pros and cons but in my opinion, I think digital is getting better than analog because you can create sounds and do the things that you couldn't imagine doing on Analog.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: When you love what you do, you tend to feel a sense of purpose and belonging.
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: The most common question that I hear from customers is "Can you make this genre?" and "Can you send me a demo?"
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: I don't think there is any misconception about me. But I would leave it up to my client.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: What genres and music styles do you like the most.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Having faith and trust is the backbone of the business. So if you believe in me then I won't let you down.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: I would only take my laptop and my headphones. That's it
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Make music that you want to listen to on repeat and be proud of that. Also, don't refrain from doing experiments.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: Emotions and Feelings of being in a different world.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: My work process is the same as that of other artists. Composing, directing the idea from the mind into the DAW and going with the flow.
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I worked for a short film director from LA through a freelance platform in which I composed the music for the intro of their logo. It was the most amazing opportunity for me and the results were insane. I also made a track that was released by the label Dimension Music.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: Right now I am offering my service on a freelance platform and I usually work for the clients there.
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: I recently joined soundbetter so I don't think right now I know anybody.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: Quality and Professionalism.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: My studio setup is pretty decent but I don't use too complex gears. The main reason for this is because I think the music should come from the heart and as long as you know what are you doing and how you will be doing, then no one can stop you.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I began producing music from my desktop in 2013 and I loved the music that I created. After that, I became a freelancer and I currently work as a freelancer since 2018.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Authentic and Versatile
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Illenium and Alan Walker. As I said my music is mostly influenced by them so I would love to work and that would be a dream come true.

A: EDM, Hip Hop, Lofi, Cinematic
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Remixing any song
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Eskmo, Illenium, Alan Walker and The Chainsmokers. I like these artists a lot and my music is mostly influenced by them. In some way, the emotion and idea of creating a melody and also the production skills of these artists are out of the world and that's the reason I am inspired and influenced by them.
