Blue Jade on SoundBetter

I am a soft and sensual singer/songwriter with raspy undertones, with my first two releases signed to 2 major labels (Ultra Records/Glasgow). I artfully infuse personal experiences into the tonality and expression of my vocals, which are emotionally driven, raw, and soulful. My meticulous nature ensures my delivery exceeds your standards.

My main work has been in the House + Tech-house + EDM space, but I also have experience in Pop, broader electronic, Indie, and R&B. I write all my own lyrics unless the producer I am working with would like a more collaborative experience, in which we could co-write lyrics or at least concept and ideate together. I am always open to trying out new methods of collaboration–experimentation for the win!

I've been recording vocals virtually and in-person with producers of varying genres for 3+ years now and use Ableton Live (Suite 11) as my DAW.

Both of my signed tracks were recorded on this equipment:

- MXL V69M EDT Condenser mic (to ensure sound and quality remain crisp)
- Kaotica eyeball (to eliminate any background noise)
- Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 audio interface (for recording into DAW)
- Yamaha HS7 Studio Speakers
