Oliver is a Grammy-nominated producer, recording, and mixing engineer based in Austin, Texas. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, he has a musical background in classical violin and composition. By high school, he was playing in local bands, and at 16, his band signed with an independent label—granting him full access to their in-house recording studio. He produced his first records there, learning by doing.

In 2021, Oliver moved to Austin and began working out of Orb Recording Studios. He quickly connected with the local music scene and has since engineered for some of the biggest names in pop, as well as produced and mixed many of his favorite up-and-coming artists. In late 2024 he became the head engineer at Orb.

Oliver’s style blends artistic intuition with technical precision. While he's been described as “obsessive and unrelenting” when it comes to getting things right, he brings a playful creativity and open-mindedness to every session. His work spans many genres including Indie/Alternative, Americana/Folk, and Pop.
