Ceskie - pronounced "Chess-kii"- infuses 16 years of classical and contemporary music industry experience - performing, writing, producing and mixing - into her work.
She's recorded in 250+ professional sessions as a violinist, played with artists like Jacob Collier, Patrice Rushen and Thomas Newman, and arranged for Kehlani’s upcoming world tour with Justin Bieber.
She's written and recorded for film, performed with classical orchestra and pop string sections across Europe and the USA in venues such as the Royal Festival Hall, MIT's Kresge Auditorium, Bridgewater Hall, BSO Symphony hall and performed solo at a private event for Prince William.
Ceskie (born Francesca Rijks) studied violin and composition at conservatory - Chethams School of Music - from age 11. She then graduated Magna Cum Laude from Berklee College of Music in 2020, as a DJ, producer and arranger, with a scholarship-funded B.M. Professional Music degree focused on Music Engineering & Production and Songwriting.
