I’m Jared Milrad – a queer indie artist, songwriter, and storyteller in Palm Springs. My debut album, The Shape of Missing, blends acoustic textures, ambient layers, and emotionally raw vocals to explore grief, love, and healing. Think: Sufjan Stevens meets Novo Amor with a touch of lo-fi.
I’m currently seeking collaborators for select tracks — including indie/ambient producers (Novo Amor, Sigur Rós, Sufjan vibes), cellists, acoustic arrangers, and sensitive mixing engineers. Each track is built around story and emotion, with room for subtle contributions that elevate without overwhelming.
