Session trumpet and flugelhorn

I want to know what you're trying to communicate and deliver that the way your first heard it in your head. I play and I write - I've played jazz in the village, my legit writing has been played at the Guggenheim and my own recordings have been played on France's FIP. Let's serve the music - your music!

If you need trumpet or flugelhorn in a commercial setting, I'm here to help. Although I started off as a straight ahead jazz player, that evolved and I've since been in numerous horn sections and played a wide variety of music - blues, funk, pop, fusion, avantgarde music... As a trumpet player, being eclectic and flexible is a matter of survival. I have a project studio at home and contribute to projects on a routine basis. Although I often am asked to be a soloist, I relish opportunities to add simple background lines to tracks that will get a lift from the sound of an almost archaic instrument at this point. The main thing, for me as a sideman in these situations, is to make sure you get what you need and I want and to so so in a way that is timely and stress free for you.
