Here's how we can get started on a vocal project:
- Send me an mp3 of your song and please include BPM and key :)
- Once we've agreed on terms and fee I can start writing to your track.
- I will send you a draft audio file with a guide vocal for your approval.
- After approval I record, edit, tune, and mix/produce all vocals.
- Once I've received funds I will send you a Dropbox link to a folder containing all vocal files.
- My name cannot appear on your record without discussion and approval from my management.

Interview with Nino Lucarelli
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I am especially proud of one of my songs that was featured in an Adam Sandler's Netflix Original, Hubie Halloween. The song is 'People Are Strange,' a festival remix of The Door's classic original that I made together with KAAZE and Maddix. Revealed Recordings cleared the official release for us, which I know is really hard to do and takes a long time.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I am finally working on my own songs to release as a solo-artist. I'm also always writing new songs and producing daily with and for others.
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: Jordan Grace - he is an AMAZING singer, songwriter, and top-liner. Also he makes BOMB food.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Digital - It's faster and catalog is king (more songs done = more opportunities and career growth). Also its 2021 music listeners do not know the difference anymore and if you think they do you need to actually go ask them.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I promise to listen to you and support your music with my talents the very best I can.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: I love meeting new people, forming new relationships, and having fun in the process of making great music.
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: People ask me if I can write lyrics in addition to singing and my answer is yes.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: I am not in a band.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: What do you want to say with your music? What is something you have not yet achieved that you are pursuing? How did you begin your music career?
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Please reach out to and let's get to know one another and talk about our goals.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: I'd take a Shure SM7B, Fender Telecaster, Universal Audio Apollo, Macbook Pro 16 inch, and an isovox 2.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: My career path has been very long and difficult, but rewarding. I have been creating music for 13 years and started in high school rock bands opening for small local acts in tiny Arizona venues sometimes with no air conditioning. I struck some success as a top-liner and now I write, record, and produce full time.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: My style is very dynamic with moments of euphoria, distress, nostalgia, calmness, and rage.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: I would love to work with Mark Hoppus because of his way with words and his amazing talent for writing great and fun songs.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Every piece of a production should support and accent the song's meaning.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I work on a variety of genres including Progressive House, House, Trance, Hardstyle, Techno, EDM, Rock, Pop, Alternative, and more.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: My strongest skill is using my vocal to help you tell a story in your music in the highest quality recorded way possible.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I bring the creator back into their music. As a songwriter-focused producer, I empower and support artists in creating music that will ring true to their vision. I will always bring you back to the foundation of your song and what you want to say as an artist.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: The most important first step of my process is having a chat about the musical history of my clients. I love to know how people got into music and what drives them to continue. The rest comes easy - writing a song that supports the artist's vision, producing the music in a way that supports the vocal or main melodies, and preparing the files for delivery and further production by another party.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: My home studio is simple, high quality, and catered to quick collaboration and making great music. I have an Output Platform Music Production Desk that allows me to station my equipment in a way that is perfect for providing High Resolution Audio over Zoom sessions. I also have a fun guitar wall with great guitars by Gibson, Fender, and Taylor.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Green Day, Blink-182, Angels And Airwaves, Yungblud, Machine Gun Kelly, John Feldman, Mark Hoppus, Tom Delonge, Billie Joe Armstrong, Andrew Goldstein, Yellowcard, Owl City, and Adam Young are among the most inspirational music icons to me.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Most of the work I do is writing and singing on people's records (top-lining). I also produce music for artists with most of my production work including writing lyrics, composing electric and acoustic guitars, bass, programming drums, MIDI, keyboards, mixing, and more.
