Hello, my name is Sami Latif and I’m a professional sound designer and music composer for visual media such as films and video games. I have completed many years of voluntary experience, as a solo performer and as part of many important orchestral ensembles across London and Lincoln.

At just twelve years of age, whilst leading the Bexley Concert Orchestra I was selected to perform alongside the London Symphony Orchestra at the London Olympic Opening Ceremony. This life-changing experience subsequently led to further acclaimed performances such as Sir Simon Rattle’s 60th Birthday celebration for BBC4 and working as a solo musician within various charities and care institutions. Since the obtention of my ABRSM Violin Grade Eight distinction certificate, I have thrived within my Undergraduate and Postgraduate music courses, resulting in not only a First-Class Honours certificate but also my compositions being noticed by and played for BBC Radio Lincolnshire.

As a professional musician, audio engineer, music teacher, and academic-practitioner, I provide accurate and efficient quality to each project I undertake. It is my aim to combine my varied and wide understanding of music and education to this role, to deliver all musical compositions within the time frame provided, and to the highest degree of quality possible.
