Hi i'm Nick and I'm a freelance guitarist, songwriter, musical director and arranger based in West London.
My wide skillset and experience in a variety of genres has led to working with a range of artists such as Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Marisha Wallace, Gregory Porter, Charlotte Church, Michael Ball, Trevor Horn, Robert Fripp, Toyah Willcox, Marc Almond, Mullally and Lee Mead.
I have extensive experience as a session guitarist, working in studios and live with esteemed producers including Trevor Horn (Frankie Goes To Hollywood, Seal, Pet Shop Boys, Tina Turner, Tom Jones) and Steve Anderson (Kylie Minogue, Britney Spears, Westlife), TV shows such as America's Got Talent, The Michael Ball Show and recording from my fully-equipped home studio in Fulham, London. I have a large collection of stringed instruments, amplifiers, pedals, microphones and other gear.
I regularly play with my band The Nick Fitch Band at Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club and with jazz artists including Claire Martin, Tina May and Anthony Strong.
I'm often found on various West End shows, touring shows and studio sessions. I'm currently the guitarist on the BBC Radio 2 Sound Of The 60s Live with Tony Blackburn tour and on West End shows including Hamilton, The Drifters’ Girl, TINA - The Tina Turner Musical , Come From Away, The Book of Mormon, Bat Out Of Hell, The Cher Show, Heathers and Pretty Woman.

Endorse The London Recording GuitaristI’ve used Nick’s guitar services for a few projects across multiple genres of music and I can’t recommend him enough - his playing is world class and he completely hit the mark on the sound I was looking for! .
My go-to for any guitar recordings needed in any genre. Quick turnaround and a top pro to work with.
I used Nick to record electric and acoustic guitars for my album earlier this year. The turnaround time was super quick and the results were nothing short of flawless. I shall definitely be using him again in the future.
I visited Nick at his home recording studio to record guitars for my Christmas album - I was thrilled with the outcome. He's great to collaborate with, put me at ease and I trusted his creative vision and suggestions throughout the process.
An absolute professional that can do everything you would ever need from a guitarist, and more! My first call every time!
