Just listen. It's different.
About Me:
I am a professional mixing engineer, as well as a multi-instrumentalist(keyboard, bass, violin, and drum), and producer. I've worked for various K-pop projects as a Korean, as well as in pop and electro music, delivering music tailored for TV, commercials, and personal projects.
What I offer:
One thing I don't do is - to create music for my client. Everything I do is for the listener, not for you guys. As an artist myself, I understand the importance of your artistic vision and try to respect it as much as possible. However, it is the listener that I always aim to satisfy.
Why Work with Me:

Interview with Somebody
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: I love music.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: This is something I do regularly: I take my Macbook Pro, my ATH monitor headsets, and the cute Akai MPK mini wherever I go. Of course, I can't control the fine details with those; but I work on creating a lot of music with just those.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Just a common one: there are no rules to music.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I usually work on electro-pop, in the style of Kygo, Chainsmokers, etc. I am recently trying to build expertise in ballad-ish music too.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: This is kinda geeky, but I have pride in my EQ-ing skills. I like to shape the EQ curves in fine detail, you'll be amazed at what a normal, boring EQ can bring to the mix! Control of tone, space, clarity, energy... there's a lot you can achieve, sometimes even with a stock equalizer :D
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I try my best to make sure the audience feels the song, as it was originally intended to be.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: There are tons of skills to learn in mixing. But in the end, it all comes down to one thing: providing a wonderful experience to the listener. If possible, I communicate with the producer to know exactly how he intended the song to sound. If not, I think of how I would enjoy the song. Plugins and mixing skills, although I have plenty of them, are just tools for that one purpose - making the audience truly feel the music. I utilize whichever skill/work process I can to achieve that sole purpose.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: Logic Pro X, Yamaha HS7 Studio Monitors, Waves Diamond Bundle, Soundtoys EffectRack, Universal Audio Bundle, etc.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Kygo, Avicii, Jonas Blue
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I mix their music. But it's not for my clients; It's for the listeners.
