Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?

A: The project I am most proud of is my collaboration with Nicky Romeros Monocule alias, I have been the founding producer of the project and I am incredibly proud to be a name alongside such a legend

Q: What are you working on at the moment?

A: I am working on my alias called "Higher Lane" with many world class singers/songwriters and producers

Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?

A: Unfortunately I have not met anyone who I could reccomend, there must be better engineers/producers but I havent had time to look into people who are on the platform

Q: Analog or digital and why?

A: Digital, the simplicity and accessibility are unparalleled

Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?

A: I will promise I will deliver the upmost quality, that the music I make for them will not be rushed and will have the same quality of the music I do for me

Q: What do you like most about your job?

A: I like the flexibility and the freedom of being able to work anywhere just with a laptop

Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A: Most common question is usually if I am able to work in the genre they want to achieve, my answers are always honest and if me and a customer are not a fit I will gladly tell them that is the case

Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?

A: That music production/engineering is easy

Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?

A: What are their references and how much of a creative freedom are they willing to give out to me

Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A: I would advise an open communication and a precise description of the work that you would like for me to do

Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?

A: Laptop, interface, cables, 2 studio monitors :)

Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

A: During high school I have understood that music production is my calling and ever since then I have been slowly trying to level up my style, my production and my mindset to improve music of mine and others, I am 22 now

A: Vocal driven house

Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?

A: I would love to work with Skrillex, his musical genius has followed me trough many years and I believe he would teach me valuable skills

Q: Can you share one music production tip?

A: Less is more

Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

A: I usually work on pop house, deep house songs and mostly vocal driven songs with a simple yet effective production that amplifies the vocal

Q: What's your strongest skill?

A: I consider my production and arranging my strongest skill

Q: What do you bring to a song?

A: I bring a creative energy and a clear vision of a radio ready song

Q: What's your typical work process?

A: I mostly like to get the idea and the progression down, after that goes the idea of the structure of the first verse and then I like to work on the idea and the arangement of the hook, afterwards I am happy to work on the second part of the song

Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

A: I have a setup of Steinberg UR28M, with a pair of stand mounted Genelec 8030c in a treated room

A: It has to be the likes of: Skrillex, David Guetta, Ian Kirkpatrick, Phineas
