Hi! I'm Jane, I'm a pop singer and songwriter from Cincinnati. If you are looking for melody writing, lyrics writing, background vocals, or main vocals I may be the girl for you.
Back in Season 4 of The Voice, a winsome songstress, at the time going by the name Jane Smith, performed a memorable Blind Audition of Florence + The Machine’s “You Got the Love.” She bizarrely got no love at the time, turning no chairs despite giving a standout performance. (She ended up becoming a trending topic worldwide on Twitter that evening, and Yahoo Music’s Reality Rocks named her one of that season’s "most-robbed" contestants.)
But Reality Rocks has been following the singer, now recording as Jane Decker, ever since, and we’re happy to report that she has moved on to a four-chair-worthy career.
Long before The Voice, the Cincinnati-based Decker started touring at age 16 with Belle Histoire, one of Alternative Press's “100 bands to Watch” for 2012. Now sporting a dramatic blonde makeover to go with her amped-up indie-pop sound, she’s back with a new solo video, “Stonewallin’,” premiering right here on Yahoo Music. Find out what happened to Jane and watch!
