
Vilmos Dunszt, known professionally as William Dunst (born July 26, 2007, in Budapest), is a Hungarian singer, songwriter, and actor.
He began his artistic career in musical theatre, appearing in productions such as The Sound of Music (as Kurt von Trapp), The Attic (Padlás, as the Ferryman), and Somewhere in Europe (Valahol Európában, as Kuksi). He was formerly a member of the children's choir of the Madách Theatre in Budapest.
In 2020, Dunst transitioned from theatre to music, focusing on pop and R&B genres. He began collaborating with Spanish songwriter Carlos Gallo, and released his debut single Devil in 2021. Later that year, he released You're My Best Gift, followed by an R&B adaptation of Lindsay Lohan’s unreleased song Xanax in 2022.
His first studio album, Vibrations, was released in 2023 and featured both Hungarian and English-language tracks. It was followed by Vibrations, Vol. 2 in 2024. In addition to his music career, Dunst has appeared in several national campaigns, including the MOL advertisement The Fan Is in You, and in a public service campaign by the National Consumer Protection Authority.
Earlier in his career, he briefly pursued modeling under the mentorship of Enikő Sütő. He received vocal and performing arts training at the Kővirágok Vocal School, where his mentors included Judit Kővári, Viktória Szakos, and Kamilka Kiss. He is of mixed German and Hungarian heritage and has two siblings.
