I'm a bilingual singer-songwriter based in the Netherlands with Turkish and Dutch roots. I started singing and playing the piano when I was only six years old, I would start writing lyrics a few years later. I offer studio quality artist/producertags, catchy lyrics and angelic sounding vocals. English is my second language and I also speak French. Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: One of my first singles 'Ghost Town'. This was the first track where I showed a more personal side of me, a side that I don't really like people knowing about. Being able to express my vulnerable side through music was an absolute amazing experience and I can't wait to show the complexity of who I am through my music.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I am currently working on my first EP

Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Make sure you give clear directions on what you want AND don't be afraid to give honest feedback.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: My microphone, audio interface, laptop, a power bank with infinite power AND my mixing headphones
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I started playing the piano and singing at the age of 6 but kind of forgot about music as I got older. When I met my partner who is a producer I got back into it and haven't stopped since!
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: A combo of sweet and street.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Peach Pit! They are my absolute favourite band and because they play with live instruments I think it would be a very educative and fun experience as I haven't worked with a live band yet.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Harmonising
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I bring whatever I need to bring. Sometimes sex appeal, sometimes sadness, sometimes anger. Whatever the melody tells me basically!
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I look for beats on BeatStars or I hit up the studio with my producer. I write my lyrics on my phone or on paper, usually on the train or behind my laptop. I prefer recording while I'm writing, so I can really get a feel of the lyrics match with the beat. Sometimes it takes me 30 minutes to finish a song, sometimes a few weeks.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I have my own homestudio with a Rode NT1 microphone. I use Logic Pro X to record my music.
