I previously sang with the Legend Frankie Valli as one of the Four Seasons as well as with a Top 40s cover band. So, whether you're looking for the retro throwback sound or the modern pop sound, I've got you! I have a 3+ octave range, and have been vocal arranging for a more than a decade.

I have worked with Joseph as a fellow cast member singing acappella and he is always accurate while still being musical. Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: Tyler Shamy. He's one of the best in the business.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: Currently I am writing and producing a pop-folk album.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Analog. I have to be able to touch it physically and manipulate it with my hands.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: Experimenting with different emotional and lyrical colors, especially when layering harmonies.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: That I only sing Pop music. My first love is actually 80s Hair Rock. I am also a trained actor and I always bring an honest interpretation to my performance.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: I love clarity. When the vision of sonic elements and influences is clear and precise, it gives me the freedom to work within that framework and not second guess my instincts.

Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I've been a session singer and topliner for over a decade, and I've been a live performer for almost 2 decades, including four years with Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Honest, Playful, Simple
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Justin Timberlake. His hooks and melodies are one of my biggest inspirations of the modern pop-rock catalog.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: My favorite way to record vocals is by varying the distance away from the mic depending on how I want the vocal line to compliment the lead. The further away you get the easier it makes the mixing process without having to use EQ heavily to get it to sit where you need it.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Predominantly Pop-Rock, and occasionally Jazz and Musical Theatre.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Writing memorable melodic hooks and creative harmonies to highlight the lead vocal.
Q: What do you bring to a song?

Q: What's your typical work process?
A: -Listen to digest the mood of the track -Experiment and play til it feels right -Check in with the producer to make sure we're on the same wavelength and the vocals have the feel they are looking for. -Finish recording Lead Vocals -Layer harmonies, doubles, stacks, background vocals, and adlibs -Tune/Edit -Send a rough mix -Send dry stems
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I have a streamlined home studio. An Apollo Silver audio interface, a large diaphragm condenser mic, and a vocal booth lined with acoustic blankets.
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: A track that I top-lined for called "Personal." It was such a fun process to write from the perspective of a deeply flawed individual who can be perceived as the villain of the story.
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: "How quickly can you get this done?" -Within a week (oftentimes much sooner).
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: Each project will receive my full attention to detail and creative spirit. I always bring my best.

A: What's your deadline? What artist/song and vibe are you going for? What medium is the project for? (sync, demo, release)

Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Toplining the lyrics and melody of an original track and recording all vocal lines, including: Lead vocals, Background Vocals, Harmonies, and Ad libs. These will be tuned and edited when it's time to send.
