I moved to Las Vegas from Nashville, and after selling studio time for years I decided to go freelance. I now have more time to focus on my artists and their art without having to worry about the time it will take. My artists have all enjoyed this concept more.
I'm a full-time freelance Mixer/Engineer/Producer and work with a wide variety of genres, including Rock, Hip-Hop, Punk, Rap, Americana, Pop, etc. Feel free to check out my Instagram/Twitter accounts for more about me and contact me for more info!

Interview with Pat Hundley (MIX LV)
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: Some people think every song needs the same improvements!
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Find someone who is really on your side and wants to help you get to the other side
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Don't let anyone tell you "That doesn't matter" in regards to anything related to audio. Everything Makes A Difference!
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: This year Rap is extremely popular so I am in demand for that. I love working on Alternative records, and I still do some R&B and Pop as well. Some other genres come up (Kumbia, Punk) but just aren't as popular in 2016.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I work out of several studios depending on the client. My favorite studios in town are Studio at the Palms, Vegas View Recording, and 11th Street Records (Southwestern Recording). There are also many private studios that serve as wonderful recording locations.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: I typically am mixing for Alternative/Rap/Pop clients and also recording a multitude of artists that are constantly coming through Las Vegas.
