I will turn your demo into a full professional production while also offering experienced mixing and mastering services!
I am a BA Hons Creative Music Producer, Recording, Mixing & Mastering engineer based in Dublin, Ireland. I specialise in creating unique tracks from referenced material and/or enhance the quality of your song with professional mixing & mastering services.
Production:
I work from a demo of any kind (even a phone recording) and build a track around this. I do create productions from scratch, but find the demo allows me to understand the vibe/intention of the song. While creating the production I reference songs from Spotify/youtube etc that you have sent me. Referencing allows me to accurately get the style/tone & feel of the production you want!
I generally send this production as a demo with intent of changes as requested from you (the client).
Mixing:
I need to hear the track before I start a mixing job to let you know what will be needed to be done, as some songs require more mixing than others! For example: An EDM electronic production would not require as much mixing as a full live band recording. When mixing, I gather individual stems and any referencing material the client is looking for! Mixing generally includes 3 revisions to allow the client to be happy with their final mix!
Mastering:
I take careful consideration to hand craft your song & ensure it competes with professional radio/streaming standards.

What an absolute pro! Greg was recommended to me by my friend and producer Aaron O’Sullivan to master the track and polish it off and it sounds amazing, absolute perfect. He was professional, quick, friendly and kept me updated every step. Will definitely work with him again if I have the chance 😊

Very creative and great in communication - I can only recommend
Where to begin? GUHREGORY has mixed and mastered nearly 10 songs for me. We've cultivated a relationship from across the world! Many producers can mix and master a track wonderfully, and so can GUHREGORY. What separates him from the pack is that he is personable, willing to accept feedback with grace, build trust in an engineer/artist relationship, and is timely - his professionalism coupled with his personality makes him a standout engineer. I enjoy working with him so much. Aside from his engineering skills, he is also a fantastically unique musician who truly understands sound design.
GUHREGORY recorded vocals, mixed and mastered on my last track and he was really a pleasure to work with! He was very easy to communicate with and really made a relaxed environment in the studio. He understands what ideas you are trying to convey and offers excellent ideas as well.
GUHREGORY mastered my latest single and he is an absolute gent to work with. There were no problems and great communication with fast replies. A very understanding guy and isn’t satisfied until you are. Will definitely be back for more work!

Guhregory is great to work with, he recorded and produced a track for me while he was still in college and I was delighted with the result. He heard a track I had wrote with just me and a guitar and gave it life. I'd recommend him to anyone no matter what their style as he has such a wide interest and knowledge of music and a great ear for what's needed.
Not only a pleasure to work with personally but a truly skilled engineer who brought a new dynamic to my latest single ‘Polymer’. Greg mixed the vocals of London heavy hitters, Manik MC, Lex Amor and Carrie Baxter and mastered the record as well. Greg will listen to your input and actively work according to the specifications given. ‘Polymer’ has since gone on to be featured in high profile editorial playlists such as ‘New Music Friday UK’ , ‘A breath of fresh Eire’ and ‘Free Form’ as well as being played on radio networks such as NTS. Without Greg’s talent I could’ve have achieved this!
Greg mastered a remix album for me, in total (13 tracks) and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Really easy communication and quick turnaround time. He was very open to our feedback and made the whole process really painless with a super high quality result.
Greg is an absolutely amazing mix/mastering engineer and fantastic to work with both in the studio and remotely, couldn’t recommend him highly enough!
Greg delivers high quality tracks for me everytime! He makes sure to hear what I have to say and get the mix how I like it!
Great producer!! Would work with again.
Interview with GUHREGORY
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: I worked on a friends song called Polymer by Gaptoof. I got to mix the vocals of some artists from London that I truly love such as Manik MC, Lex Amor and Carrie Baxter. I also got to master this track which was really fun to have the final touch on before its release!
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I am currently mixing an EP for a client, finishing the master on my own personal release, creating a sample pack, and submitting work for SYNC Licensing.
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
A: There is not anyone that I know personally on SoundBetter at the moment but look forward to hopefully getting to know a few fellow Producers/Engineers.
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: A hybrid of both. I did my final year dissertation on this exact question. Analog adds harmonic distortion and is warm sounding yet it is slow to use, while digital can replicate harmonic distortion with oversampling its not the same, yet digital is faster. So my conclusion is that a hybrid of both allows the best of both worlds while retaining speed and efficiency within a mix/master.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I promise to always make sure the client is happy with the final result. All my previous clients always thank me for my patience as I understand when they need time to give feedback on a mix, or if they ask for something different to what we originally agreed on. I understand this is part of the process and respect the passion they have for their work.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: It is something I am very very passionate about so it doesn't feel like work for me. I enjoy listening to different artists and their unique styles while bringing their tracks to life. The whole process is enjoyable.
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: How long does it take to mix a song? Usually 2 hours, but with revisions it can take longer as well as how big/organised a session already is, as well as if the mixing gig has been pre booked or not.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: People thinking that tuning a vocal is automatic. Although auto tune is used sometimes, vocal tuning requires skill and precision to make sure each note sounds in tune without sounding robotic and altering their vocal performance. In some cases each word has to be hand tuned and can take time and patience to get right.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: I ask if they have a reference track for mixing, what way they want their vocals to sound, and what platform they are uploading to for mastering purposes.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Ensure you know what you want, and have all the files in the suitable format so it is easy for me to get started on your mix!
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: My Macbook Pro, a solar-powered generator, my Arturia minilab midi keyboard, headphones and my C214 AKG mic. Less is more, and everything can be done in the laptop if needed ,but id bring the mic to make a desert island sample pack.
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I have been studied Music Production for 5 years now, just completed in May 2021 with a BA Hons Level 8 First Class Honours in Creative Music Production. This has always been my goal in life and I have been pursuing music since I was 12.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: I would say my production style would fit in the Alternative R&B scene however, I also make very unique electronic hip hop compositions from time to time on my instagram where I flip a song into a unique style.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: I would love to work with Jorja Smith as I find all of her production to be to my liking. She seems like the type of singer who can go into a studio knowing what she wants while being able to deliver exactly what she wants.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Side-chain your lead vocal to your reverb send to retain clarity within your mix while allowing the reverb to sit on top of the vocal without drowning it out.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Hip hop, R&B, Soul, Electronic, Pop-Rock, Pop and Trap are my most popular work.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: My mastering seems to be my most hired gig as I create more space depth and achieve a loud master without crushing the dynamics of the song. My other strongest skill would be my production as I have studied creative music production for 4 years. I can use my creativity to take a word someone says for example 'Dreamy Synth' and bring that to life within the production.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I bring hard hitting drums, depth, clarity and an overall professional standard to the music I work with. I enjoy crafting my work to be as high a quality as possible while still retaining the emotional/dynamic aspects of the music.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I start by doing an overall mix of a track and then send it back to the client for revision. They usually tell me exactly what they want, and the mix is revised and completed. Following this, mastering occurs and is sent off to the client. The production process is different. An artist would send me 2/3 songs they want to sound similar to and I create a referenced style track that is unique and fresh. Revisions for this occur and are tweaked to the clients needs.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: Cross set up between a home studio and access to a professional studio within Dublin City. Both areas are well treated and have high end monitoring systems for professional mixing & mastering.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Many mixing & mastering engineers and/or producers inspire me. Some of which include Rick Ruben, Andy Wallace, Max Martin, Frank Dukes, Louis Belle, Warren Huart, Kenny Beats and more.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: My most common work involves mixing & mastering tracks/EPs for artists
