Hey everyone, I'm Josh Schwartz and I'm a Nashville-based session bass player. I'm new to sound better. I have over 23yrs of experience playing professionally.

I toured with Dove Award Christian Rock band, Seventh Day Slumber for 13 yrs and recorded on 6 albums (Matthew 25, Picking Up the Pieces, Rescatame, Once Upon A Shattered Life, Finally Awake and Take Everything) with them. I've also played on other records with indie artists, Devin Williams (Destruction of Kings), and with Matthias Daniels.

I would love to work on your track/project. I can play a variety of genres. My favorites are Rock, Hard Rock, Pop, Country, and CCM. My style is very much groove-based, solid and I really try to play for the song.

-Apollo Solo and tons of UAD plug-ins.

Having been a fan of Seventh Day Slumber and having friends that have worked with Josh on their solo project, I was eager to work with him on the heavier music I have been writing.

Josh was very responsive after reaching out, was super easy to work with, and very meticulous on what I wanted from his parts. He listened, produced a very quick turn around, had get playing/tone and absolutely nailed it! He has a great personality and character, humble, and very gifted. I am already planning on having him lay bass to the next track we are doing in the next month. I HIGHLY recommend him!
