Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: Recently was asked to provide a 35-44 second commercial for Level up Productions with a day's notice, I had a busy weekend ahead of me; started that nite and finished by the next morning .. got the thumbs up by that afternoon. I called the track "The feel Good". I'm proud of myself for stepping up to new challenges and capturing the emotion of what the client asked for... "Hopeful" and Hip-hop.
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: I'm currently working on Developing my sound in beat making and Collaborating with other songwriters and Producers.

A: Both , Musical yin and yang i guess. Variety is the spice of life : )

A: I promise to provide a musical experience that will fit the Client's needs,

A: The connections... Music connects people. I'm like a bridge among many other bridges. it's great!!!
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A: what's your best availability to record? mon-thursday early am till late nite. what artist or group do you listen to the most? Sting , Stereo Lab , Thundercat and flying lotus. Joni Mitchell. can you make the track 45sec with fade? Yes.
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: That it's easy.... it takes loooong nites and early mornings.. much sacrifice.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: What type of sounds would you like for your musical idea, what's the vibe? How many tracks? Length of track.
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: you can trust me with your musical idea, guide me in the process and give me the room to work. it will all come together. make sure the bpm
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: A Nice Digital recorder, Mpc 1000, Studio Speakers, My Laptop, Interface , Record Player... I know it's 6 items lol. (kanye shrug)
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: My career path has always been music. I've been at this for over 20+years in different genres. Humble beginnings with weekend gigs at bars, to the weekend warrior runs, Official Touring, Studio Sessions, and now Music Production.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Bass: Pocket, groove-oriented, very musical. Beats are groove-oriented with some atmospheric sounds. lo-fi inspiration.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: Sade, She's a musical Veteran, I admire the simplicity of her work. It is Powerful! , I would also love to work with Thundercat and Flying Lotus, I admire their Creativity and would love to sit with them for a month.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Music Production is a big explorative world, Have as much fun as you can with it.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Electronic, lo-fi, Meditation, Tribal, Hip Hop, R&B, Country, Alternative, world music, some experimental.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Playing from my heart. and Consistently Delivering great Grooves that are Appropriate for each client's musical needs.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I bring liveliness to each work that is sent to me, a very Authentic feeling the client and listeners can relate to being it romance, Inspirational, or Funky.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I like to get a feel for what the Clients Musical Idea will consist of, Bpm, Vibe, etc, From that point, I listen to the references they Provide and get to work. I am also in communication with the client from the beginning to end of the process that way the music to their liking.

A: The Most Common work provided ranges from Studio Recordings, Musical Loops for Podcasts, Music for Tv series, and Short Commercials, Live Shows , some Touring.
