"I have only played with the best and I know great musicians. Logan has 'IT', and 'IT' can't be taught. I predict he's gonna be a star." ~ Steve Lukather (Toto, Ringo Starr)

Logan Ellis Sheppard is an 23 year old L.A. based drummer, percussionist, and producer who has been playing drums since the age of 6, and performing professionally since the age of 12. Logan has played with artists such as Paul Reed Smith, Ellis Hall (Tower of Power), Bunny Brunel (Chick Corea), George Lynch (Dokken), Travis Carlton (Larry Carlton) and Bruce Kulick (KISS).

Logan has performed at Eric Clapton‘s Crossroads, SXSW and on the final Vans Warped tour. He’s as comfortable working in the studio as he is on stage, whether creating reimagined drum covers, or recording an original album at 15 years old with iconic producer Sylvia Massy (RHCP). Logan’s 2020 recording sessions include tracking drums for the SCOOB! movie with Grammy-winning producer Mark Nilan (Lady Gaga) and creating original music with legendary engineer David J Holman (Gwen Stefani).

Though well-versed in a wide variety of genres, Logan’s adoration of jazz, fusion and funk drives him to rise to the level of drumming’s most elite players, while developing a sound that is uniquely his own. He’s a skilled reader, and experienced in Ableton Live and Logic. Additionally, Logan possesses perfect pitch; an ability that allows unique support of and communication with singers, bandmates and musical directors.

Logan is an active peer mentor and vocal advocate for young adults on the autism spectrum
