Chris' studio is in a warehouse on the Thames, London. He took my musical recordings and layered his own electronic drums excellently and bass too, we re-recorded vocals and guitar. He was extremely courteous, collaborative and can-do and is a real whizz with the Apple production software. He has a keen ear for music and great ideas.100% recommend
Chris has been the producer for Arcane Roots since the very beginning, and we owe a huge part of our sound & achievements to his incredible production. From the very offset, Chris has endeavoured to realise our ambitious plans for each release, while subsequently reigning them in whenever they drifted or waned. He's an invaluable part of our team.
I've worked with Chris on a number of projects over the years and can honestly say there is nobody I would rather work with when it comes to recording. The combination of his attention to detail and speed as an Engineer along with his ability to develop ideas as a Producer is unparalleled and always results in a professional sounding end product.
Chris is so talented when it comes to producing and engineering. Having worked with Chris on a good few sessions now, his knowledge and ability to get the perfect sound and the perfect arrangements is really second to none! Chris has the ability to capture your music as it should sound and gives amazing results every time!
Within SW London / Surrey I can only recommend working with Chris Coulter at Decimal Studios. The most incredible recordings, in the most comfortable surroundings, with someone who knows when to step in and advise (when appropriate), and become a friend throughout the whole process. The highest quality gear and the most professional service.
Chris is an incredibly talented, dedicated and professional engineer & producer.
I have worked with Chris on a number of records over the years and wholeheartedly believe that he is the best in the industry. The quality that he maintains time and time again is absolutely second to none!
