If you are looking to have something you've created be sung with sultry R&B tones, or you would like me to create a melody for a song idea/ write lyrics to a nice jazzy, R&B beat I got you.
My name is Holly Santonato, I've been releasing music professionally since 2016 and developing my sound ever since. I have been enrolled in vocal training since I was 6 years old, and consistently learning my craft of songwriting for over 5 years. I love creating music and being the best vocalist I can be, and writing songs that intrigue the mind, and dive deeper than the surface.

Interview with Holly Santonato
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: My career path is to be a singer/songwriter full time. I am creating my visions of making my music hit billboards and I'm continuing to grow in the music industry. I've been manifesting my dreams for about 5 years now.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: I would describe my style as a laid back R&B vibe, that takes you on a roller coaster ride of surprises.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: I would love to work with Ariana Grande, I really love her voice, the range and the strength behind it.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: One music production tip I can share for vocalists when in the booth, is to create that space with the mic when performing on a record. You really want to know when it appropriate to be close to the mic and when there needs to be some space to really capture the essence of the vocal and the velocity.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I usually work on R&B, soulful, jazzy type of songs.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: My strongest skills musically would be vocals/singing and songwriting.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: What I bring to a song is the emotional release it deserves. I am a vessel with my voice and the lyrics that I either need to sing for the client or that I create to make sure that the story of the song and what the listeners are meant to feel is placed correctly and emulated authentically.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: My typical work process consists of writing on paper and pen, listening to beats and creating based off how the music moves through me. When creating something on the spot, sometimes I just develop melodies in my head, and start to place lyrics and then from there place it on a beat. I will start to create my demos in logic with my at home set up and develop something solid before going into studio to record.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I have an at home studio set-up, it consists of the Blue Microphone, Logic, and the Scarlett 2i2 interface.
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: Other musicians and production professionals that inspire me would be Timbaland, Aaliyah, Sade, Lauryn Hill, H.E.R, Ariana Grande, Majid Jordan, Daniel Caesar, Eestbound, nineteen85, DVSN
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
