Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: If you clearly know what you want, try to be as detailed as you can. Reference tracks always help! If you don't, that's okay. I'll help you find it. Be honest with giving feedbacks; clear communication is key.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: Nord electro 3, Yamaha 88-key keyboard, imac (3.6GHz Intel Core i7), Komplete 12
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: Key, Tempo, Style, Reference track(s), Deadline
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: I have a very good ear (perfect pitch), which allows me to learn and play songs almost instantly. Also, versatility; I've performed and recorded so many genres that I feel like a chameleon sometimes. Harmonic sensibility is my plus as well!
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: On Soundbetter, I get a lot of piano recording requests for covers and originals, to which I get to add my own twist when allowed. The twist can be harmonic or rhythmic, or really, any variation that suits the project and my clients appreciate my creativity added to their work.
