Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: Ableton + SSL Native + Slate Bundle + Sound Toys + NI Komplete + a pretty fun range of soft synths I am very comfortable with. I am comfortable working with Ableton both as a traditional DAW as well as pushing its unique workflow possibilities to yield a wide range of outputs consistently. My interface is an RME Fireface UCX and I monitor through IK Multimedia iLoud MTM + ATH M50.

Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: 1. Film scoring - specially using guitar based soundscapes. 2. Music Production - taking a song or musical idea and fleshing it out into a finished product. 3. Music Post Production - Editing/Mixing/Mastering. 4. Remixes/Reanimations of existing music. 5. BONUS: Visual Arts - Graphic Design, Art direction, Video Production (usually for EP & Album packages).
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: That one needs to have a fancy studio to get great output!
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Feel free to be candid about what you're sure of and what you're maybe open to interpretation about you project.
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: My macbook pro, ipad, interface (+headphones), my midi pickup loaded electric guitar and my camera!
