Leon Wollsäter on SoundBetter

Degree in music production! A multi-instrumentalist providing quality and professional sounding music productions, mixing and mastering at an affordable price. Let's work together to make your song come to life!

Welcome,

As a music producer, I specialize in creating reality with the bones of your rough ideas. I'll make sure to achieve the result your production deserves with some programming, instrumentation and arrangement. I pride myself in the quality of a track, leaving nothing behind no matter how small of a detail it may be. It’s not a matter of time, but a matter of satisfaction. Some may say I'm too meticulous for my own good but I think otherwise. Art should not be left half-finished nor should it be mediocre. With some time and effort, you'll get your song delivered full custom-made with as many revisions as needed to ensure you are fully satisfied with the final outcome!

Fortunate enough to graduate from one of my countries leading music schools as a music producer, I've dived into the mechanics of mixing and mastering, covering everything from sound-design to synth fundamentals. To this day, I have over five years of music production experience, working with tons of musicians and playing in multiple bands. I'm a multi-instrumentalist fully capable of playing piano, bass, guitar, drums, bass, ukulele, violin, harmonica, saxophone and trumpet, with a degree in music theory. Need anything recorded? Hit me up!

Let me help you display your song in the best possible light! Do you have a vision? Let's make it reality!

I'd love to hear about your project. Click the 'Contact' button above to get in touch.

Interview with Leon Wollsäter

  1. Q: What are you working on at the moment?

  2. A: A fourtheen track journey telling the story of a lost boy on his way from a broken home. NVRLND is my upcoming debute album covering a wide mixture of different styles of music. I’m currently in the process of adding vocals for each track. If you’re a vocalist, feel free to get in touch if you’d like to collaborate.

  3. Q: What do you like most about your job?

  4. A: Music producing encourages creativity and as a creator I find joy in creating. In my profession, there's always room for development and challenges, joy and motivation. I would rather be poor doing what I love, than being rich covered in miserable sacks of paperwork.

  5. Q: How would you describe your style?

  6. A: I rather not frame myself within a specific genre. Music is an abstract form of art and I appreciate all kinds of it, whether it's rock or reggae, hip-hop or house. However, my personal touch is always a blend of electronic and organic elements, using both as complements to each other.

  7. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  8. A: Less is more.

  9. Q: What's your typical work process?

  10. A: A great song revolves around its melody. I personally value the melodic elements of a production the most, sitting hours to get that polished sound sticking in your head.
