Hi there Honey! My name is Brienna Harrison, or professionally known as Miss Bee, and I am a pop singer/songwriter from Boston, MA. I specialize in: hooks, imagery, concepts... the whole package!

Studying every line of virtually every song I've ever heard, poetry and lyricism has been an important part of my creative side ever since I was young.

As I began to pursue music professionally and for my personal brand, I studied and learned to write songs across all genres of music, from bubblegum pop, EDM toplines, dark pop, and even pop rap.

In addition to my original songs on Spotify under my professional name Miss Bee, I have been in writing sessions that have led to major feature collaborations, with artists including Just Juice, Lil TJay, 24kGoldn, Reo Cragun, and many more.

My #1 specialty in writing is creating extremely catchy hooks and melodies, however I offer the full songwriting package as well.

Interview with Miss Bee

Q: How would you describe your style?
A: Pop with just a bit of edginess to it.
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: Pop and rock
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: Wildly catchy hooks!
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: Typically, I find a beat or production that really inspires me, and I usually get a hook melody down pat first. Then from there, I try to visualize the mood and tone I want to convey, and start to fit some words in. Once I get a few standout words, I start to form a story line and fill the rest in for the hook and bridge/prehook. I love for my songs to start and end in a cinematic way, so a lot of time is put into intros and outros as well. Once I have the hook, bridge, prehooks done, I will do the verses, and expand on the messages sent in the hook... It's a process, but it works for me!
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: My studio is at home! The more comfortable I am, the more I feel like I can experiment with new and creative ideas. I think I will always prefer the home studio :)
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: I'm inspired by some of the biggest pop/rock stars of the 2000's and 2010's mostly! Lady Gaga and Taylor Swift are both huge inspirations to me, and definitely had an influence on how I developed my personal sound.
