  1. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  2. A: I would say commintment, I won't give up until the artist's needs are met.

  3. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  4. A: I like to think that just what the song needs when it comes to a bass line. In addition, the commitment and dedication of a professional at the service of the artist.

  5. Q: What's your typical work process?

  6. A: It really depends on the work that its wanted and the state of it when people send it to me. I can adapt and intervene in any instance of the production process, from the very beggining to the end of it.

  7. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  8. A: I work in Logic. I have an extensive selection of gear for the instruments I play, wich include a wide range of sounds both electrical and acoustically.

  9. Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?

  10. A: These days there is a lot of inspiration out there. I have huge admiration for guys like Robin Mullarkey or Paul Bender, who besides being great bassists are also incredible producers. On the interpretative side i would say that James Jamerson, John Patitucci and Jeff Berlin are the ones i have heard and study most.

  11. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  12. A: Most jobs consist of wrinting and recording a bass part for a song.

Typically I allow from 1 to 3 revisions if it's needed. Although most of the cases clients are satisfied with the first version.
I respond quickly, a few hours maximum.
