Yan Nilov was born in Holland and has been studying music since the age of 11. The first musical group was assembled at school. After school, a live band was formed that performed acid jazz, funk, and avant-garde pop music. Then it's time to dive into electronic music. A large collection of musical equipment, analog and digital synthesisers, mixers, processors, instruments, groove boxes and drum machines was assembled. All this has been used for a long time, studied and actively applied in practice. In the early 2000s, cooperation with Korg began. International conferences were held and many articles were written for the magazine of electronic musicians "ELECTRO". After many experiments and styles, the choice was made in the direction of dance culture. The era of live performances on electronic equipment has begun. Using Electribe groove-boxes, and many other equipment three different live sets were compiled. The most interesting and popular was "One Box Man", where the whole live was played on a small Korg ER-1 groove-box, the audience saw it and danced, it was an unforgettable time and experience! Yan's music is characterised by melodism, rhythm, unusual vision and structure. As well as an unusual, stylish sound and style of performance! At the moment, there is a collaboration with various labels and artists. Create dance hits and remixes!
