I can do it all, honestly. Classically trained vocalist that specializes in top line, songwriting, and background vocals.

I have a classical and gospel background. Gospera, if you will. My voice is as big as my talent, but my skill allows me to be flexible.

My favorite part about the writing process is creating the melody. That can come from being in the room while the producer is hammering out their part, or at home in the middle of the night at 2am. I think being in an a cappella group helped a lot with that; filling in the blank spaces with background melodies or percussion. It can be as simple or as complex as you want. That's the beauty of music!

Tracking vocals from album to live performance is also a good time.I've recently done so for Kayla Marque's latest album and Adjustment Period's singles.

Carlitta is an absolute DREAM to work with! Her vibe is supremely chill, and beautiful melodies/harmonies/lyrics seem to come so easily whenever we are in a session together. My experience with her so far has been: She has great ideas that seem to inspire everyone in the early stages of the writing process. Then as the tune develops, she's like water, flowing effortlessly... tastefully filling the missing pieces in a composition as it comes together in realtime. And she works FAST!
