Hello there! I'm Miles, an audio engineer and producer with training from the most iconic of studios: Abbey Road. There I developed my skills recording, producing and mixing various projects across multiple genres.
I offer remote editing, mixing and mastering, working in-the-box to get the sound that's in your head coming out a set of speakers. I love working with musicians who are really passionate about their music, collaborating to get that sound in the back of your head coming out a set of speakers.

Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: I mix in-the-box with either Pro Tools or Logic Pro. I find working in digital domain gives so much more control over fine-tuning mixes, especially when making alterations for revisions.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: What are your reference tracks and why are they your references? Would you like the track quantised to a bpm or free? What's the most important part in the song (instrument or section)?
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Most of my work is mixing down projects. This also often includes editing, comping and tuning instruments and vocals. Sometimes I have also been required to fix audio problems using iZotope's RX8.
