Vroom Collective is a collective of musicians that do all sort of jobs from arrangement - to live recordings. On average we have around 25 years of experience in the music industry and have worked on numerous projects, from Country albums to Kid' voiceovers. We work in our own studio based in Zagreb Croatia- and are mainly focused on session rec.

Session/live hire Collective that includes:
(RONI) Bass player with 20-ish years of experience. I thrive in Funk/ Soul/Motown style of records with a modern look, although other genres are also up my ally ( Pop, Rock, Hard rock ).
Worked on multiple albums with some of the best producers out there.
(HELENA) Vocals & Keyboard
My vocals shine the most in jazz, pop, R&B etc genres, but I am also very flexible and have been singing everything from dramatic musicals to rock and gothic metal. I have been singing in my jazz band for past 2 years after finishing International Jazz Workshops, performed with numerous artists in all varieties of genres at festivals and private concerts and events and also at different recording studios.
Professional high quality key, synth, piano recording for your songs on my Numa Compact 2 keyboard! I can deliver tracks for all genres of music. Backed with a lot of experience with sessions ! The more info you provide the better
(RAFO) Drums
With 15 years playing experience. Played on many different records, collaborating with top tier producers and audio engineers. I lean towards rock, funk and jazz/fusi

  1. Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

  2. A: The more info the better. The more insight you provide the better i can deliver!

  3. Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?

  4. A: Ive been giging and recording for about 15-20 years

  5. Q: How would you describe your style?

  6. A: Funky grovvy licks

  7. Q: Can you share one music production tip?

  8. A: Less is always more!

  9. Q: What type of music do you usually work on?

  10. A: Funk, Rock, Blues, Soul and R&B is my strongsuite

  11. Q: What's your strongest skill?

  12. A: Groovy basslines is my thing, and i live to incorporate some mild slaping aswell.

  13. Q: What do you bring to a song?

  14. A: I am good at pinpointing the need of the song, so no overdoing but at the same time not to underdo aswell.

  15. Q: What's your typical work process?

  16. A: I would request music sheets but without them is fine aswell it only requires a bit more effort on my side. I make a couple of run throughs asap with couple of ideas. Afterwords i orient more tonlistening and decieding in wich direction i am moving forward. I share al the steps with the client, and bounce of theor feedback.

  17. Q: Tell us about your studio setup.

  18. A: I use Ableton live 10 with Focusrite 2i2 interface. I usualy give clients a dry track unless the client requests different.

  20. A: Victor Wooten, Marcus Miller, Flea, Cliff Burton

  21. Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.

  22. A: I usualy play Bass guitar on live gigs or get rented as a session player
