Hailing from Lowell, Massachusetts, Cambodian-American singer/songwriter “PAILIN”, born Kody Rayuth Pailin, shines his light into the universe with debut single, “Resentment.”
Raised by first-generation immigrant parents, PAILIN was birthed into and influenced by a musically diverse household. In his early years of life, he found himself surrounded by classic tracks from both American artists like Boys II Men, Aaliyah, Erykah Badu, Tupac, Maroon 5, Alicia Keys, Nirvana, to Khmer classics like Sin Sisamuth.
As a Cambodian-American with the family last name of “Pailin”, deriving from Pailin Province within Cambodia, he hopes to represent his heritage as an artist and an amplified voice for others.
PAILIN will be able to provide immediate responses, and work thoroughly to create an atmosphere, story and vibe for your projects. From heartbroken ballads, to feel good jams, PAILIN will help fellow artists expand their lyrical creativity in forms of poetry converted to song.
