- first demo will be a rough pre-mixed vocal
- recording starts after approval of rough demo
- once i received 2nd half of payment, i will send both dry and wet stems

- public credits: as songwriter
- 2 free revisions
- equal split of rights: publishing, performing / neighboring, royalties
- if it needs more revisions: $50 per revision
- if the whole song needs to be resung: $200
