I supported Duncan Laurence as backingvocalist with his famous hitsong ARCADE, winner of Eurovison Songcontest 2019. Grateful to have been part of Netherlands big victory that year!
Currently touring in Europe, leadsinger of the band "Another Taste". Our debut-album was released in March 2024. The album contains my first own written single "Anything you want". Check it out on all platforms!

Interview with Sarina Voorn
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: It's my hobby my passion but it is work still so it's not for free!
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: I like to have everything clear. When it is, it usually goes pretty fast from there. But most importantly I want the client to be happy! I always like to stay in contact during the process so I'll know I'm heading in the right direction;-)
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: My path is far from over! Been singing all my life but working professionally for more than 25 years now..djeeeezzz I feel old!!
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: There are so many..so that's why I will just write down the name of the one who inspires me the most right now: Conor Mason (Nothing but Thieves)
Q: What type of music do you usually work on?
A: I like everything, no real exceptions. As long as I can feel it.
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I will always give my all and do my best nothing less!
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: It doesn't matter what age I am I can always perform and sing.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: My style is a real mixture of rock, funk and soul.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: People tell me I work fast. I memorize the lyrics and melodies. I can have a strong high belt voice but I can also sing very low, soft and airy.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: I bring creativity, power but also a lot of warmth when needed.
Q: Tell us about your studio setup.
A: It's pretty simple but it does the job. Never had complaints. Very glad with my set up in my home studio. I work with Pro Tools and Ableton.
Q: Tell us about a project you worked on you are especially proud of and why. What was your role?
A: Still proud that it's my voice you hear on almost all of the TV show "The Voice of..." leaders all over the world!!
Q: What are you working on at the moment?
A: Touring Europe with my band "Another Taste" and writing songs;-)
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: Make sure to pick me and you will definitely get more than you asked for;-)
Q: What other musicians or music production professionals inspire you?
A: This has always been Phil Collins and as I call her my Music-mom, Grace Jones. I am a big fan of the Foo Fighters and Nothing but Thieves as well.
Q: Describe the most common type of work you do for your clients.
A: Clients usually contact me when they're searching for a strong powerful voice. This could be for an adlib, solo work or backingvocals for a song. But also when they need something more on a radio jingle.
