Interview with BOX STUDIO

Analog or digital and why?
Both. I use analog and digital technology in a balanced harmony.
What do you bring to a song?
Intertwined with width, punch, depth, height, balance and clarity; I believe that it's incredibly important to consider aesthetic. The sonic character of a mix is like a limb to the artistic integrity of song, which is what I believe I am best at delivering to other artists' music.

Macbook Pro 2015, Focusrite Scarlett 18i8, KRK Rockit8 Monitors + complimentary headphones. Extended by an Akai M9 Crossfield Reel-to-reel tape recorder, Akai APC40 and Ableton Push. A deliberate minimal setup for max mobility. In the box, running ProTools 11 and Ableton Live with complete software from Waves, MeldaProduction, Focusrite, Avid + more.
