Singer, Songwriter, Topliner, and Vocal Producer. Vintage, smooth, and ethereal vocal quality. Experienced in pop, indie, singer-songwriter, and electro-pop genres.
I’m a great communicator, collaborative, and I pay attention to the small details. I absolutely love working with other creatives on their musical projects and I can flex depending on the style and desired outcome you’re looking for.
I'm an experienced vocalist and songwriter/producer who as been honing in on my craft for years. I'm very passionate about my work and always make sure clients are happy.
Along with singing I also do vocal arrangement and vocal production (tuning, comping, editing, effects processing). Depending on your preference I can be simply the vocalist or be more involved with other aspects of vocal editing/production for your project.
For vocal session work I will deliver quality, dry 24bit 48khz files unless otherwise noted.
I use a Bluebird SL Large Diaphragm Condenser Microphone OR a Avantone CV-12 Tube Condenser with a Scarlett Focusrite pre-amp in Logic Pro.
Pricing varies depending on the project but vocal session work starts at $250.

A: I'm working on releasing singles for my EP as well as collaborating with numerous songwriters and artists on their projects.
Q: Is there anyone on SoundBetter you know and would recommend to your clients?
Q: Analog or digital and why?
A: Digital. Its easier for me when it comes to having flexibility and I like having a minimal production set-up. That said my studio continues to acquire instruments ;)
Q: What's your 'promise' to your clients?
A: I promise to lead with thoughtfulness and bring integrity and creativity to projects.
Q: What do you like most about your job?
A: I love working with other people to create something new that we both are proud of.
Q: What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
Q: What's the biggest misconception about what you do?
A: That it's easy when it fact its quite tedious and methodical.
Q: What questions do you ask prospective clients?
A: What is your deadline? What is a reference track/sound/artist you are going for? What is your communication style? What are your fears? How involved would you like me to be in the production?
Q: What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A: I love to have more information so that I can really understand your vision, and if there is room for creativity (or the deliverable is more open) then I love to know that too!
Q: If you were on a desert island and could take just 5 pieces of gear, what would they be?
A: Roland Juno 88 keyboard, CUBE amp, mic/cable, Taylor GS Mini, laptop...I'd def want stuff to be able to play/write/sing music live and then the laptop to record :)
Q: What was your career path? How long have you been doing this?
A: I've been a musician since I was a child. I've been singing, learning instruments & production, and songwriting for 20+ years.
Q: How would you describe your style?
A: I'm pretty easy going and super easy to work with. I'm communicative, clear, and ask a lot of questions.
Q: Which artist would you like to work with and why?
A: I absolutely love Illenium and the way he collaborates with singer-songwriters but puts his own edm twist into the songs. I think its really cool how he's found a way to bring those worlds together and I hope to be able to collaborate with him some day.
Q: Can you share one music production tip?
A: Recording vocals for on different tracks, section by section within the song can be a great way to keep things organized and work efficiently/save your voice.

A: It totally depends on who I'm working with, but def a lot of pop, indie-pop, electronic/EDM, and singer-songwriter.
Q: What's your strongest skill?
A: singing & songwriting I'd say I'm equally good at them. I also do vocal production and music production in general.
Q: What do you bring to a song?
A: For songwriting I'm really good at lyrics and melodies. I'm also really good at seeing the big picture during the writing process and finding ways to keep the song interesting.
Q: What's your typical work process?
A: Get briefed. Decide on timeline. Work hard. Submit on time & work through edits as necessary. I can typically turn something around in about a week but it also depends on what the ask is.
