World Music Songwriter for Grammy Nominees, International Pop Stars, and the NBA!

Earning her first placement in 2012 with The X Factor franchise after moving to Los Angeles, Dasa began to gain attention as a new songwriter to know. Over the coming years, she came to work with music industry elites including Timbaland, Philip Lawrence, The Stereotypes, Will.i.Am and Alex Da Kid just to name a few. She has written songs for/with Chloe x Halle, Snoop Dogg, HRVY, Hardwell, including unreleased music for Demi Lovato. Dasa co-wrote the song "FaceTime" featured in the final season for Fox's 'Empire'. She signed her publishing deal with London based publisher Phrased Differently, now Budde Music in 2017. She has recently partnered with Grammy nominated songwriter and artist Lord Afrixana (Beyoncé, Black Is King) to form writing team, The Russell's, aptly named after basketball icon Bill Russell in honor of his rarely discussed 11 championship rings. During our world's most trying time in 2020, she had the honor of writing the song "Back Like I Never Left" for new artist Madison McWilliams, which was feature in 2 NBA ads to announce the return of their regular season! This was perhaps her greatest recent honor, as the NBA ads both highlighted and honored resilience and social justice: 2 things Dasa places at the forefront of her life's work.
